Not being pointed but shouldn't all sessions have an objective and a gradual build up?

The biggest problem with session planning at a Junior Club is not knowing how many will show up for the session so you always need to adapt and be flexible

Yeah - it was Andy's explanations of the phases that I liked. Has helped trigger a few ideas of my own.

I have in the region of about 20 kids at any one session, mainly the plans are targeted at the Club team I coach for, but I also do three after school clubs a week so will adapt the session to the needs of each school session.
